Greetings From
Greetings From, Buffalo Galaxy's sophomore release. transports listeners across the bluegrass universe to its farthest reaches and beyond.
Buffalo Galaxy roams the open plains of bluegrass in tracks like Darling and Paint. Their sound achieves escape velocity with Sink In, Pieces, and Tell Me. In Light-Years Away, the band arrives in parts unknown as they experiment with synthesizers and electric guitars.
With the release of Greetings From, the band feels like they're zeroing in on their role amongst bluegrass, to explore and bring the genre as far as it can go.
Greetings From was produced, mixed and mastered by Eva Reistad. Eva is a grammy award winning audio engineer who has been working with Hans Zimmer recently.
The band's touring audio engineer Nick Coleman played a big role in seeing this album to fruition through his tracking, production, and pre-mixing work.
Buffalo Galaxy will be touring hard off the album in 2024. They will be returning to Colorado, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Montana this summer, as well as playing many shows in their breadbasket, the Midwest.
